Trading mountain trails for city streets, without losing the sense of adventure.
There are places you visit for the first time… and somehow feel like you’ve known forever. New York was one of them.Far from the mountains, the forests, and the quiet roads we usually call home, this legendary city welcomed us with a completely different kind of energy. We woke up each morning at the iconic Hotel 50 Bowery, laced up our running shoes, clipped on Ouka’s leash, and headed into streets that felt strangely familiar, as if we had already walked them a hundred times through movies, documentaries, and late-night TV shows. From sunrise runs through Lower Manhattan to long walks across neighborhoods filled with stories, contrasts, and unexpected smiles, New York reminded us that adventure doesn’t always live in remote places. Sometimes, it lives in the rhythm of a city that never slows down. And somehow, in the middle of millions of people, it felt surprisingly… like home.
